Qualifications / 要求:
Expertise in building, lighting, and texturing highly detailed 3D game levels.
Expertise in texture painting from scratch and from source material.
Able to adapt your art to our unique style and vision.
Able to work collaboratively with the Art Director, Lead Artist, Game Designers and other team members to meet strict technical, creative and time restrictions.
Experience developing for consoles is a plus.
Willing to commit to an aggressive standard of excellence, and to reflect that commitment in personal work ethic, persistence and drive.
精通用美术工具对游戏关卡进行创建、光照、贴图等工作；
精通使用等工具，以手绘和从原始材料修改等方式创建贴图；
能够使得自己的美术风格与当前产品的独特风格相一致；
能够与美术总监、美工组长、游戏策划以及其他的团队成员相互协作，以符合严格的技术、创新和日程上的各种限制；
有针对游戏主机的开发经验者优先；
愿意努力追求卓越，并在实际工作中坚持；

Qualifications / 要求:
Experienced in character modeling (preferably for real-time)
Excellent 3D modeling and texturing skills
Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
Understanding of efficient models and texture layouts
Exceptional communication skills are a must
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Team player with a good grasp of customer service and diplomacy
Positive attitude, pro-active personality
